Riley: I’ve been looking at the graph of $f(x) = \frac {\sin x}{x}$ , and it looks like the limit should be $1$ !
Devyn: But why don’t we actually calculate it? I mean, just plug in zero. $\eval {\frac {\sin (\theta )}{\theta }}_{\theta =0} = \frac {\sin (0)}{0}=\frac {0}{0}\dots$
Riley: You were going to say “ $1$ ,” right?
Devyn: Yeah, but now I’m not sure I was right.
